Description: 1.Corrugated double jacketed gasket is made of machined flat metallic plate with waved or corrugated surface.After finished jacketed, pressure by molds make the surface flat to corrugated.attached with flexible graphite, PTFE, Ceramic, ASB, Non-asb. etc.
2.Normally used as flange sealing in large diameter pressure vessels, such as heat exchanger and reactor. Prefect stability.
3.Scope of application: working temp.: 450�� (According to the kinds of coating materials); working pressure: 6.4 Mpa; gasket coefficient: 3.75; Max. size:2800mm.
4.The thickness of the jacketed metal is 0.4mm (Normally)
